My technique vlogs are real world updates on things I'm working on as a fighter. They aren't demos. Instead I'm sharing with you things I find interesting, often things I've learned from legends and great krus in the Library, and then have taken into my own practice. The rise was also taught to me in the teep by Charnchai in a coming Library session detailing the art of the teep, and by Chamuakpet whose 2nd session is also coming where he will focus on this vertical, sky-piercing knee. All three legends of the sport use this strongly rising foot.
