Do you know how to combat "everything is a conspiracy" type people? My brother is 7 years older than me, about to be 34 on the 4th, and he thinks that any conspiracy theory out there has some sort of validation. He shows me videos that are clearly edited to give celebrities reptile eyes and gets defensive when I say "that looks fake" and explains that "just because this video is fake, doesn't mean they don't exist". I'm at a loss because anytime I have a conversation with him about anything, it all comes back to how we're being controlled by the Illuminati, good and bad aliens fighting for control over humans, flat Earth, etc... It's a bit much at times. I'm wondering if you know anyone like this and if you do, how you are able to talk to them without falling into the conspiracy trap. (PS- keep up all the great work)

Can you talk a bit about why you love new York? Apparently it's lost the charm it had when the beat generation of the 50s was around. Has Greenwich village lost it's true essence because it's become so widely known to be a cultural focal point? I have a love hate relationship with London. It's extremely alienating because people keep to themselves, whereas in the north of England people are much friendlier. However, if you want to be a creative, everything seems to stem from or at least involve the city. Hipsters are a big problem too.
