2020-01-16 00:29:15 +0000 UTCSounds like you're writing Austin off a little quickly, the influencers you were hanging with were lame, aside from Steeze, but there are a lot of interesting people here and the actual Texans are some of the nicest/genuine you'll ever meet (though I might be biased). Sixth is a great place to ask drunk idiots questions, but it used to be a hell of a lot cooler, now it's more of a tourist attraction/place to go if you have a fake. Barton Springs and Zilker park are fs better to actually experience Austin if there's any damn sun. And I agree with the wannabe LA vibe, it's the fastest growing city in the US right now which sucks because our roads are already dick and traffic is heavier than Satan's sack.
