quick question..I'm trying to edit a couple of zoom interviews and I want some advice on how to make it engaging still. it's more on the "educational" side. i think ill adding clips that add on to what I'm sayin and pics plus music. wow it's gonna be a lot of work omg but i just figured it out rn i think

sabsab

just start and youll figure it out

I would love to see a breakdown on how you keep the effects and edits creative with each video and ways to avoid overusing effects.

hey man, i love your perspective and take on reality. Could you make a video or something about how to get started as a youtuber/public figure? I'd appreciate guidance from someone i really enjoy watching and whos public image i look up too and admire. Thanks for the quality content!

Yo when is the quality clothing store being restocked????

Ok so check this out. The best fucking video you could possibly make. Is a break down of how the fuck a complete pothead like me could edit my first video ever. Basically I’m saying make a very bare bones and easy to comprehend video with it being shown to a person-who’s-new-to-this in mind. My New Years resolution is to catch up to you in terms of posting videos consistently. Watching a video where you break it down for a beginner would be a blessing

I'd like to watch a tutorial about how you frame your stories, like the structure of your video essays. You're not just shooting from the hip but actually framing your storyline so that it has a narrative. That's what makes your stuff unique so i'd like to know more about that. So i can copy you, no what i mean lol

Avoiding copyright claims

talk about how you used to suck and then talk about how you got better over time

Everything after effects

reddit is probably your best bet, but you can get the whole adobe pack for $10 if u got a .edu email or have a friend that can plug theirs

going through your road trip video would be cool; maybe talking about the structure of the video and deciding where to cut for comedic purpose

Ye

"Why I need my Ego" thumbnail is dope, could you cover your thumbnail making process?

Some about after effects, audio manipulation, or even the hand written text compositing

Where can I pirate the software I need to edit? Basically everything. Also affects? And editing specifically for podcasts...

Bless Gillette

this isn't really much about the editing but how to make your monologue cohesive with your b-roll? and how to not sound like a try-hard when talking about dEeP sTuFf? not making it boring but be able to resonate with your viewers?

I second this

Masking tutorial from β€œwhy i need my ego”

Whats the thought process? Does it start with a title/a script/footage first?

How you create a feeling of your films. AKA how you make everything fit together and give it the same energy/vibe. You're really good at that

How do you make the intro so good, that it keeps the audience engaged?

iMovie trailer tutorial

How well your script transitions to the finished product

the drawings

How you select your clips to make it flow together nicely for your narrative

Possibly anything you do in after effects, or things you think would help a beginner/intermediate editor
