Why monogamy is not natural. The real reason our societies are monogamous is because most men are not that valuable, and most women would rather share a valuable man than be with a faithful loser. That means that in a room with 10 men and 10 women before monogamy the top 2 would likely get all the women leaving the other 8 mad, and because of human nature the 8 filled anger and jealousy would kill the 2. So to keep the majority happy the people at the top made societies monogamous. So at it’s root monogamy is not natural but not bad either. Heard this shit from Zeb on The minorities podcast.
