2020-02-18 14:20:50 +0000 UTC32mm is not a relative scale, but an absolute one. Assuming to be about 1/56 you should scale the original file (1/10) at 18%. But being a multipart model I don't think it will work well, it would be better to merge the pieces in a single mesh. Morevore I fear that there are some pieces (like the blades) that are too much fine to be printed well in a so small scale.
