[Life Update/Please Respond] - New Job
Added 2015-04-24 04:36:53 +0000 UTCI haven't been posting a ton lately, which is due to a big life change a little over a month ago: I got a New Job! I am now the executive assistant to the CEO of a video game company. I can't announce where or update my LinkedIn or anything like that until things are more finalized, but I've been working almost full time for a month. What this means: I'm not suffering nerve pain daily any more from drawing! It hadn't been as bad as it was, but I could feel it creeping back and that scared me. When art is your own source of income, it's very scary to not be able to do YOUR JOB without pain! This also means I am wayyy busier. That is why I haven't been posting as much on my sketchblog. I have been thinking of retooling my Patreon to accommodate this change and would like to ask for some opinions: - I don't want to get rid of my commission slots through here. Those are really fun and nice to do! I like them! - I do want to stop doing the desktop background and just move to a sketchblog. I might switch over to bringing my Note to work so I can do more sketches there, which would mean more content ~yay~ - I think it's time for my Milestones to change. I still do need SOME additional income to cover my bills, but I don't need the 1500+ I was originally budgeting. Would this bother anyone? Pretty much I am just looking for some direction and feedback. I wanted to talk to my Patrons about this before anyone else. You guys have been with me through some of my roughest points and I really appreciate it. I don't want you folks to feel abandoned as I start a really exciting new chapter here in Seattle. I appreciate and read every one of your comments

Super proud of you, Siggles. Glad to hear about the new job and lessening of pain, etc. Good news! I don't think retooling your milestones would be much of an issue, but I don't know what to suggest as specific changes! Just looking forward to more of your content and will be here as long as you are! :D <3
