7.18.2015 - Personal Update
Added 2015-07-18 19:46:01 +0000 UTCI just wanted to give you guys a bit of an update on this a-little-too-hot Saturday afternoon. The job I've got is not going to be able to give me many hours unless a contract pulls through, and I'm started to get scared again about money. I'm looking for a third...fourth? job right now, and it's scary. I could go get a QA job easy, or possibly get hired on at another company, but I'm trying to stay open for if things take off with this team, since they're great folks. I am not a big fan of tower defense, love collectible creature games, and I love the heck out of this game. (None of the art in the game is mine, btw, I work on the management/social media/administrative side of things) Next month I'll be giving out a key along to whomever wins the raffle for a colored sketch, so keep an eye out for that! So yeah, I might not have a steady job at the end of next week. It's weird to have 3 jobs, and none of them pay well or regularly. Freelance Artist - me as Sigil Art Director/Lead Artist - me with Furoticon Office Manager - me with Fat Loot Games and now ....? I dropped off my resume at the local recreational cannabis store, and im hoping that works out for evening/weekend pay, then I can keep doing stuff with Fat Loot. I don't really do ~prayer~ but if any of you keep me in your thoughts, that would be really nice. My bills come to ~1500-2000 a month it seems, and I'm nervous losing almost a grand of that a month from this job.
