Looking good, my friend! Of course, the text around the Zürich coat of arms should read 'STADTSUPERHELDENDIENST ZÜRICH' instead of 'STADTPOLIZEI ZÜRICH' and the emblem (text included) could probably do with being shrunk down in size and repositioned up towards the top of the epaulette so as not to dominate the rank insignia. That being said, a great effort from you once again. I look forward to seeing the finished piece (once you've made the changes I suggested, of course)! :D
