i almost feel like this *wasn't* done by the network because (according to Wikipedia) 24 episodes were straight up never shown in the US because of "risque" content. seems to me like they would've just cut this ep too instead of taking the time to poorly dub it... but idk anything about TV broadcasting so I could be way off with that assumption
