I'm deep in the Overunderstood backlog and, as of the last couple days (it's Feb 23, 2023 right now), it looks like people on r/CelebrityNumberSix have made a pretty convincing case that #6 is Filippa Hamilton, who was a Ralph Lauren model at the time this fabric would've been made. But who knows for sure???
