Hey guys! I never respond but this episode intrigued me. First off, As dumb as this sounds... I'm proud of you guys. I mean we are almost the same age (I'm 32) so I feel weird saying that. But going leaving something you were so deeply engrained in to follow your passions and not know what's coming is pretty similar to my recent life experience. Without going in to to many details I'm a youth pastor from Sacramento, have been for 12 years and now I'm not and I'm doing other things, it was hard to leave but I feel a sense of freedom and excitement I haven't felt for awhile. So good on ya! My prayers AND money are with you guys, I'm stoked for your future. Anyways... To your episode I found the discussion on religion, faith and God very interesting. I figure a forum's not the best place to have a discussion but I will say a couple things... (1) I don't think blind faith is the "preferred" kind of faith. I encourage faith based in experience and truth. Sure something things I suppose all you can do is have blind faith, but not everything by any means. (2) The origins of the Bible are much less suspect than they were made to sound. (3) If life was found on another planet that would in no way effect my faith. I don't believe the Bible discounts life on other planets. Perhaps that's the Mulder in me. (4) There are Christians who strive to have a logical philosophical worldview and they have written very interesting books. The Reason For God is one I enjoy as it's a discussion between a pastor and a group of non-Christian people. Anyways, I appreciated hearing all your hearts as I always have. You made me cry on your send-off IGN episode. Sorry this reply is so long. Love ya guys! Bryce
