On the topic of Comic book movies, my take on it is similar to the 80's action movie and its durth of good/bad movies and people's love of them. People get excited about their favourite genre's of movies, so at the moment we, the consumer, see the vast amount of choices coming for us to consume. Currently the movies that have been released have been largely high quality,I disagree with your opinion on Thor, but eye of the beholder and all that, and they have been setting up the big set pieces that are later movies. Supes v Bats setting up Justice league, which sets up the solo films Wonder Woman and Aquaman. Civil War leads into Infinity Gauntlet and so forth. Is there the possibility of fatigue and could they be bad? Of course! I do think however that for the first time in a long time that nerd culture is getting overload that other genre's of movies, games and books that others have gotten.
