Mike's name was revealed in the season three finale. It was when he went to Saul to get information on Jesse's location. It is in your edited reaction. I'd love to see you react to your edited reaction of hearing Mike's name and not realizing it. It is at 13:43.

I think he'll grow on you. For me, he competes with Saul and Gus for best side character of Breaking Bad!
