2016-12-02 22:48:52 +0000 UTCI want to talk about the cellphone thing. I have found that with my ADHD I CONSTANTLY bounce around apps. I have 4 puzzle games going at once, I'm listening to podcasts anytime nothing else is in my ears and I'm bombarding my brain and it's all because it's like a drug. I'm hooked on input, sensory and otherwise. My music is usually the most bombastic, my movies are explosion laden fx masterpieces and my books usually nonfiction and slight on dialog... ok they're comics. So lately I've tried to ween myself from my phone and I've found that a simple fidget toy is all it takes. A noah ring fidget or a fidget spinner and I almost never check my phone... Has anyone else found themselves like this?
