This is my first video with the new lighting. It turned out a little more harsh than I wanted, but I already know how to change that so things should be looking even better next time.

2024-07-24 15:50:08 +0000 UTCMany thanks for this Peri, as always a really fascinating and entertaining video. I was a Spectrum owner in my youth and certainly aware of LCP but never ever played it. I must fire up the emulator this afternoon. One game I did play however was ID, which was developed by the wonderful Mel Croucher - I still miss all those amazing and often utterly bonkers Automata UK games like Groucho and Pimania. ID was a text based conversation with an entity that had inhabited your computer and you had to try and gain it's trust to try and extract more information about it. I remember being completely fascinated by the idea of something sentient living in my Speccy.

2024-07-24 11:23:55 +0000 UTCI, for one, would absolutely love to see a video with longer conversations between various AI programs over the years and Ladyfractic. In addition to showcasing the differences between the various AI programs, it could also be very humorous as well, as is usually the case in these videos. π
