OK. This is one of my FAVORITE dishes. Seriously. These oven baked ribs are the bee's knees. I was so sad when I moved to SF and didn't have a BBQ grill. I searched far and wide for a rib recipe, and over the years, I've perfected this one.

Really loved the ep. Love seeing you guys working together in the kitchen. Just FYI, (im from Holland, cheese enthousiasts) and technically Beemster is not a Gouda cheese, because it has to meet certain requirements to be called a Gouda cheese. Not hating, just spreading info. Good job guys.
