So it does... maybe my changes were too small to have a visible effect? I can confirm the map is effected by the small changes, though I am still seeing the spurious warnings. Thanks for testing it, though.

2019-06-16 20:03:57 +0000 UTC0.46 is not valid. This seems very likely unintentional. Maybe somewhere you have an implicit conversion to floats that's not going off right? I'm just guessing. Regardless, it makes fine adjustment impossible.
