These are a new mesh, altered from the Get to Work Protentious retail sign.
The same image is on the back and the front, so customers will see it from either side.
They are beyond cheap at 1 Simoleon each, and because everyone loves a sale, they provide +2 Happiness.
You can place them on floors, the ground, or on surfaces! Easily resized using [ and ] in game.
They are found in Sculptures and Retail (when building a store), and therefore still require Get to Work if you want them to be saleable.
