Monster stat blocks have been updated to allow changing a monster's racial template to a different one, or add a racial template to any other monster (like a Kuo-toa Evoker). All references and traits are updated, and their stats are recalculated to maintain the same CR. Just use the "Change Race" dropdown at the top.
