Reigar are celestials that exist solely to make art and wage war, considering carnage to be the highest form of artistic expression. A group of Reigar, though naturally distrustful of each other, have temporarily banded together into a production troupe warfleet, broadcasting their flashy acts of violence over a divination network to other Reigar and anyone else that tunes in. The goal of this armada is simple: to put on the largest stage production at a universal scale, waging a war of beautiful art using blood and destruction as their flourish.
