This set has 40 recolours for each size, separated into Spectrum colours:
Set 1 - Mint to Pink
Set 2 - Red to Green
In the colours images, the curtains on the right are from set 1, and the curtains on the left are from set 2.
The Swags still cost 165 Simoleons in game, and the Valances still cost 110, and are located in Decorations/Curtains, or by clicking on the curtain icon in any room in Buy mode that has one.
