Because these are chest tattoos, they show up at the bottom of the tattoo screen in CAS, so you will need to scroll down.
They are tagged for males and females aged teen-elder, masculine and feminine, and for all sims in all outfits. They are not allowed for random, so they will only show up on the sims you put them on in CAS. Please feel free to adjust the tags for your own personal use.
