Roger, this was the most Greg like Gregway to not have Greg in it so you got it 100% right, it's just basically getting something off your chest that you can talk about for 5+ minutes so you did great. I myself am in the same boat. At the start of COVID I reached my highest weight ever. I changed my diet and lost 50lbs. Then my gall bladder basically tried to kill me and I had to have it removed. When I went to the emergency room one of the guys there seemed appalled at my new diet. So that pretty much psychologically scarred me off of it and I gained back 40lbs. Now I'm slowly trying to lose it again. All of this has been done with diet change as I'm very sedentary. I applaud you for getting to the gym every day as to me that is the hardest part of it. I'd say if you end up getting demotivated the best way to get back on it is to just remind yourself that you've already done it, so there's no reason you can't keep it up. A slip up here or there is bound to happen, but you have the proof it works. I just need to learn to take my own advice.
