This was shocking news to find out when I did, not a month ago I lost my dad to cancer and now I lose my Batman, they both hold important parts in my memory and always will, can someone please press the skip button on this year

2022-11-11 23:05:39 +0000 UTCI really didn't believe it when a friend texted me this morning until I saw the news for myself. I still kind of don't. It's just so surreal. I also don't have that unique of a story. He was my Batman, period. The other thought I had in the wake of this news was how great other voices of Batman have been too. I really liked Michael Antonakos (Alexios in AC Odyssey) as Bruce Wayne/Batman in Gotham Knights. Most of his performance was in the voice logs. I've also grown to enjoy Bruce Greenwood as well. Kevin Conroy will always be my Batman, but I think it's cool that we've had and will have so many different takes on the character. I hope this isn't coming coming off as dismissive, these are just my thoughts as they happened.
