Weird,still zero gregways. Besides the 2 we got on December 20th,nothing since.I dont follow Twitter, so,maybe something changed. But,he said was gonna stack them up.but,5 days later still nothing

I know the easy answer is just “oh we’re all friends and get along” but I know from experience that making any working environment feel both fun and safe takes a lot of intentional effort. Have there been times you had to take a step back and put things in place? Or is Nick just an HR master? Just want to hear any insights you might have that other people can learn from :)

You guys do an amazing job mobilizing and retaining your dedicated audience, but it seems like growth on platforms like YouTube has been a struggle. I know you have put a lot into short form video and TikTok this year. How do you evaluate how well that has worked and what does that mean for future plans? I work in YouTube content strategy for a major studio (I’ve actually done some analysis on the Kinda Funny Games channels as a side project that I would be happy to share) so I love hearing about the business side of things and reasons why you all make decisions.
