This coming week you guys are having people like Stella, Janet, and Parriss on who are all people I and most of the other Best Friends love hearing from and have all been tossed onto the wishlist of people the Best Friends would love to see become full timers if the opportunity ever arose. So what I’m wondering is how does the hiring process at KF work? Is it you guys seeking out certain talent? Do people come to you? In the Gregway about having a news division, you’d mentioned being open to people coming to you with a business plan of sorts if they think they can fit with the Kinda Funny vision. Have there ever been people that have been in talks and it just didn’t work out? I know this can get close to confidential business dealings, but I’d love to hear whatever you’re comfortable sharing!
