Oh,I didn't pre order the collector's edition. But,soo many youtubers talked about it & hundreds said they paid in full & no refund.they are out of luck.not all who pre ordered it are getting cancelled. But,enough are.like channels LTRE & Residence of evil

In fact, it seems like maybe the collectors edition in question won't ever exist at this point, if they cancelled all orders and won't be charging anyone for it.,
