I don't think so, especially because the Private ones don't get any interaction at all (relatively Speaking) Ie. Games Daily will get 10-100k views publicly, but the private ones will get like around 200 at most with like 30 likes Plus what is the algorithm supposed to reccomend other than the channel, would only rec the channel based on popular vids/interests of the viewer.
