If I remember correctly, Sony helped develop FF16, and that’s why it’s only on PlayStation at this moment. As for FF7 Remake. It’s on PC now and I’m really surprised they didn’t port to XBox around the same time. Just a bummer all around, cause I would play on XBox over PlayStation.

2024-03-01 22:59:55 +0000 UTCSorry, Parris, I’m a long time fan but I don’t think your arguments about third party console exclusives make sense and they’re not consistent with the conversation on Xbox exclusives from just the last few weeks. Everyone just discussed how exclusives were essential to Xbox’s strategy and now you’re arguing that PlayStation should not chase exclusives? I don’t think it matters if it’s “first party” or “third party”; that makes no difference to the value of the exclusive or the merits of the strategy.
