2024-04-30 05:18:57 +0000 UTCI want to preface this by saying I am excited for the new restructuring of content by kinda funny however no podcast means more to me that PS I love you Xoxo. I discovered KF around 2019 and was there for the relaunch of PSILY just before the pandemic. The podcast was my copilot through a very scary, troubling, and trying time of Covid 19, being an essential worker and being forced to work 50-60 hour work weeks all while juggling being the parent of one year old child and all the challenges that brings. It was my constant while lots of other things in my life weren’t so constant. Often times it was one of the few things I looked forward to listening to and allowed me to escape whatever challenges I was going through. Fast forward to Janet joining the show and added a new, fresh perspective of a female gamer to the group and she really opened my eyes to not only her journalism but a lot of games that I might not have played had she not been such an integral part of the show (I’m looking at you Chicory). I know this is long winded but I just want to shout out some of my favorite segments/memories from the show: - The last of us pt 2 previews, reviews, spoiler casts, etc -parasite eve going on a Cinderella run through the bracket of PlayStation franchises to resurrect. -PlayStation profile of the week/trophies and chill -The monthly book club (we still need that Days gone one please if it’s the last thing you do) -TOTS and whatchu been playing -all the bracket episodes -104 PSN games list That’s it, that’s my love letter. Greg,Bless, Janet and everyone else who had a hand in making the show should be so proud of it. You made something that meant the world to me. Ps if any best friend has a PSILY bomber jacket size XL they want to sell get at me please! Thank you and good night
