I wear a hat every single time I leave home and have for like 25 years. Also if I'm going to be on a camera for some reason (streaming or meetings). I have done this for basically 2 reasons. A) I've gotten so used to it that overhead lighting irritates me if it's not being blocked by the bill of a hat and 2) I just can't deal with, "Oh wow, you didn't wear a hat today!!!"...I'm a broken individual.
