He's just a down-to-earth man sitting in an apartment in the city that a few years ago suffered an alien invasion who knows that the only truth morality is "Might Makes Right." @5:48: Karen, telling the cops that Matt is presumed missing and possibly dead in that Midtown building collapse is not going to implicate him. @11:39: They're call micro cassettes. They fit inside cassette recorders. These scenes take place in the mid- to late-90s. @20:32: Deborah Ann Woll brought her A-Game to this scene. @21:55: You know what Matt needs? A night nurse. I also barely noticed that Matt was absent in the episode until the last few minutes, too. The writing and acting is so strong, you get dragged along.

He is a psychopath who has no remorse when it comes to taking a life. But you can tell he is trying. He is actively trying to be a good person up until Fisk messes up his life. I cant wait to see how they continue his story in Daredevil Born Again season 2.

Until fisk showed up :( Like admittedly his "relationship" with Julie was quite creepy and he absolutely should have tried explaining things to her right away but he'd still been trying to be "good" :(
