Call for Responses! DuckTrax Fall 2017.
Added 2017-09-25 19:29:18 +0000 UTCHi there, generous backer. We're gearing up for a busy fall, and part of that is making a new DuckTrax for you. If you'll recall, DuckTrax is our behind-the-scenes Q&A show that we do once per quarter.
Here's how the drill goes: Leave a comment on this Patreon post with your most pressing query, and we will answer it (unless it's ridiculously gross or personal, and maybe even then).
Examples include:
- Questions about how we make the shows.
- Questions about why we made certain decisions.
- Ask us about particular WOFF! sketches! We love to talk about those.
- Ask us for inane details about daily life.
- Pose impossible hypotheticals of a preferential nature.
The deadline for questions is Wednesday, October 4. We are looking forward to goofin' on prompts.

The last time I asked a question it was about why waffles were the best breakfast food. This was a rash decision affected by my state at the time of really wanting waffles, I'm glad that during the show calmer minds prevailed and a good discussion about actually good breakfast foods emerged. With that in mind I ask the uncompromised follow up. Can you talk for a bit about why a club sandwich is the best sandwich?

2017-10-04 03:09:36 +0000 UTCNot counting games you couldn't get to run, or the cases where one of you played the wrong game, what Abject Suffering games did you spend the least time on before the episode?

2017-10-03 23:48:32 +0000 UTCNow that WOFF! is explicitly for games of any vintage, do you find yourselves less excited about the prospect playing old titles?

2017-10-02 18:38:34 +0000 UTCCould you guys please shed some light on the upcoming rides and attractions being designed and built for the unannounced Duckfeed theme park?

2017-10-01 17:24:33 +0000 UTCUmbasa is from Demon's Souls and I think it started on the channel during the DeS Bonefireside Chat season.

2017-10-01 16:51:05 +0000 UTCThe next WoFF is one of the games that lost a poll. Which would you pick.

2017-09-30 15:53:43 +0000 UTCApologies if this has been answered before, but what's the origin of Umbasa?

2017-09-28 11:41:27 +0000 UTCHave either of you guys played the Berserk PS4 game? The Dynasty Warriors mechanic makes a lot of sense for that particular theme. The game inspired me to revisit the Berserk BFSC episodes, which I think are probably your best non-game content. Thanks for introducing me to the wonderful world of anime/manga.

2017-09-28 02:06:31 +0000 UTCWould you (either of you) debate Bob Mackey if asked? I have heard his prowess is formidable and he is undefeated.

2017-09-27 10:44:11 +0000 UTCWhat would be the hardest game to write an opening sketch for? Doesn't have to be a game you would actually consider for WOFF.

2017-09-27 07:20:54 +0000 UTCI'd really like to know more about the 'behind the scenes' with making the podcasts. On average how many hours a week do each of you spend playing games, researching, and recording? Does Kole take all of the notes or does Gary help out also? How long does it take to edit a podcast for each of you on average these days? What equipment do each of you use for recording and editing? Please feel free to edit and/or condense these as deemed needed -- I only get one question every three months, damn it! :)

2017-09-27 00:19:41 +0000 UTCWhat would a Duckfeed.tv theme park be like if you could forget about budget constraints, and spare no expense? Also, what would get you guys to come to Europe?

2017-09-26 16:04:21 +0000 UTCHi there! No questions or attempts to be funny this time, I'd just like an explaination for the sketch to Woff 102, the Harvest Moon/Simcity split ep! Its my favorite sketch, and yet I still feel the need for you to explain yourselves.

2017-09-26 09:21:08 +0000 UTCHow surprised are you with how the slack has turned out. It's one of the best things on the internet in my opinion.

2017-09-25 23:43:09 +0000 UTCWhat's the deal with those old Let's Plays on the YouTube channel? Mostly they were Gary trying to play NES games. I actually like them and still watch them every now and then! Seems like not many people found them though, since most of the videos have only a few hundred views. I'm guessing you just decided it was better to focus on the podcasts, but what was the original plan?

2017-09-25 19:39:31 +0000 UTCIs there a sketch you wanted to elaborate on in a longer format? Maybe not an SNL-film length, but a 22 minute Kids in the Hall Christmas Episode type thing?
