Patreon refresh + Discord
Added 2017-10-04 17:20:24 +0000 UTCRedesigned the info on my Patreon page, hopefully it's more inviting. ;o; Also added custom images to each reward tier and I think they're pretty awesome. :D
I also added Discord rewards to each tier - you should be able to connect with those but if you can't, let me know!
