That's right, it's time to talk about the original Dark Souls soundtrack! We hit firsts and worsts, talk about the composer's history, and even discuss how appropriate it is (or isn't) to conceive of the rhythm of Souls combat in musical terms.

I love this series on soundtracks you guys are doing. One comment I have is that I would like you to spend less focus on silly content creators like the person who made the 3/4 boss fight video. Things like that are so bad, they don't need or even deserve attention, IMO. By the time you finished the lengthy discussion of the aforementioned topic, the podcast was over. I'd rather you guys ignore that sub-par material and do what you do best by putting forth your own opinions. That said, do what you want, of course. It's your show and your expression. This is just one man's opinion. Thank you for all the content.

2019-07-24 20:35:18 +0000 UTCWhile you're talking about Souls music, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the Hollow Knight soundtrack. Perhaps because that music scores areas more than bosses, it's a lot more listenable for me.
