As independent media personalities/creators, that is part of the appeal and uniqueness of what you do, and this includes the personal take you bring to the table. Worth noting, I use the term ‘media personality’ for lack of better terms, so please excuse any grossness or cynicism associated with such concepts, as that’s not my intention or association, though I am bummed to hear you guys sounding so down and out, cynical, and resentful from time to time, but once more, given the pathological and unbalanced social/political climate, it’s understandable, as it’s hard for anyone to feel “okay” (so to speak) when it seems everyone is in agreement that the house is on fire, with all of us in it. It brings to mind the notion “it’s no measure of health to be adjusted to a sick society.” Take care, and I hope the foolishness, ignorance, iniquity, stupidity, hatred, etc. at large doesn’t get you too down.

I don’t use twitter or Facebook for good reason (I think they are dangerous and objectively harmful addictions for most people, including those in media), but no matter where I go in 2019, the pathological/political zeitgeist infects everything. Less of that please.

2019-08-07 17:49:09 +0000 UTCJust a bit of criticism. I subscribe to your Patreon primarily for Bonfireside Chat. I listen to the podcast because I'm interested in the games that the show covers. Lately more and more time has been dedicated to complaining about how others are behaving on social media. I'm not interested in how people behave on social media because social media is a dumpster fire at all times. Complaining about how terrible others can be is low hanging fruit and reduces the quality of the show.

2019-08-07 17:11:47 +0000 UTCI love that the FPS Unlocker and Easy Mode PC mods exist for the game because people deserve to be able to enjoy the game at whatever difficulty setting they find worth their time. That said, From finds your weakness, and I have always done the AI-manipulation trick against the Fume Knight and find him harder than anything in Sekiro. /s
