I'm so glad Gary gave a shout out to Sunless Seas! I recently fell in love with it & have been fantasizing about WOFF covering the game. While listening to the episode I kept thinking the mechanics and gameplay loop were strikingly similar to what I've been enjoying in the Unterzee. I would still relish a Sunless Seas WOFF, as I think the uncanny, Torment-caliber writing & setting would provide a lot for the boys to chew on. That said, I'm thrilled with this episode & I'm glad WOFF got around to some Koei crunch. I always look forward to new WOFF episodes critiquing older titles, since they got a lot of the classic retro standbys covered earlier in Duckfeed's history. The older games WOFF look at now are usually a bit more idiosyncratic, allowing ample material for Gary & Kole to work with. Thanks again for the stellar episode!
