Eye lids:
Basecoat screamer pink
Layer 1:1 mix of screamer pink & kislev flesh
Highlight kislev flesh
Teeth:
Basecoat 1:1 mix of rhinox hide & balor brown
Layer Balor brown
Highlight Screaming skull
Eyes:
Basecoat khorne red
Layer wild rider red
Highlight screaming skull
Citadel alternatives for vallejo paints:
Deep green - Warboss green
Light green - Skarsnik green
Ivory - 1:1 mix of screaming skull & white
Lemon yellow - 1:1 mix of yriel yellow & moot green
