I have added a video reference below for how i stipple - & also for how i glaze a cloak - this is the same techniques i use in these 2 tutorials.

Buff - Ushabti bonee
Intermediate blue - Mechanicus std grey
Ivory - Screaming skull / white 1:1 mix
Tan yellow - Balor brown
