Since Venture Bros and Fallout tied, I thought a cosplay thing would be fun :)
The idea is Rusty hears his voice in a game his family had been playing and believes that it was taken without his consent, so he plans to confront the reps for Obsidian.
Billy and White convinced him to cosplay as Dr 0 to show his dominance in the convention~
