2022-07-11 14:32:01 +0000 UTCI believe (though it is vague) that the requirement for a flawless rebirth is a combination of a larval tear (without which the body is imperfect leading to the reliance described by the young scholar gear) and the rune of rebirth (without which the mind/soul cannot be reborn) which by the time Boc is sent you have rather than being in the egg.
