Exquisite Suffering 147: Rogue Trip: Vacation 2012
Added 2022-08-17 20:50:25 +0000 UTCIt's the year 2012 and vacations are outlawed, so instead of just kicking back at home you engage in some car combat to cart unpleasant tourists around. Rogue Trip's premise is messy, and built on a genre that we don't really care for at all. But it might be a good idea to add some non-killing mechanics to car combat, so it's hard to write this off entirely. The characters are garbage though, and not in the intentional way they're trying for.

As someone who still enjoys the game to this day, I can see why you two wouldn't be fans. Its aesthetic is so 90s you either love it or hate it. It came right around the time Twisted Metal 3 came out and was a relief since TM3 is the worst of the series so I could just play Rouge Trip all day. The team who made the original Twisted Metals didnt make TM3 and instead made Rouge Trip. Prior to this they made Critical Depth which was car combat but submarines underwater and its baaaaad.
