Derek Quinn is a young boy traumatized by the recent death of his father, and his mother doesn't know how to help him. Simultaneously, a strange man is stalking them, and killer toys keep showing up... all seemingly related to a toy shop owner named Joe Petto and his son, Pino.
This movie is goofy as hell with tons of baffling choices in plot, production design, and performance.

hi i just watched Gothic (1986) and it was the most unhinged thing ive ever fucking seen. thought about this show the whole time. reminded me of 'dagon'. free on tubi, consider taking a look

The reboot from 2012 is INCREDIBLY stupid, but has one of my favorite kills in a horror movie with maybe the silliest slow motion fall I've seen in a "serious" horror film. This was a great listen, glad I'm not the only one who was very concerned about the Horrible Boy.
