Play City of Heroes With Us!

Hey folks! In September we'll be covering the classic MMORPG City of Heroes on Watch Out for Fireballs!, and we think it'd be cool if you played along. I mean, no pressure, but the option is there.
To aid this, I'm writing this post to let you know how to best find other Duckfeed players.
Gary and I are playing on the City of Heroes: Homecoming fan server, which has the official blessing of the game's developers. It's entirely free to play, and I can confirm that the installer available on their site works great on Windows 11. Here's their Getting Started guide, which will get you up and running.
Here are the details you need to know on character creation.
1. We are playing on the Excelsior server.
2. We're playing on Primal Earth.
3. We're playing as heroes/vigilantes, not villains/rogues.
When you make your character and finish the tutorial, here's how you can find us.
1. Send a friend request to K's character, Vapor Shock (use the chat command /friend Vapor Shock).
2. I'll accept the request the next time I'm on, and will invite you to the Duckfeed Super Group, The Fabulous Thunderbirds (I put the name is as a placeholder joke and now I'm stuck with it!).
This will get you into a group chat with other Duckfeed listeners so you can coordinate your adventures.
I'm playing as Vapor Shock, a science-based Corruptor. Gary is playing as Dr. Crawlspace (I don't know his build).
Hopefully this information will be helpful to you. I'm going to be playing as much as I can over the next couple of weeks to try and experience the game for the show. I hope to see you there.
