2024 "A Taste of Summer" Premium Preview Bundle

Hello! Welcome to a free little treat. It's the summer solstice, and you're probably looking for stuff to listen to while you're working your way through Shadow of the Erdtree. That's why we're bundling up one episode of each of our shows and giving them to you for free. Seven episodes, nearly ten hours in length. They're calling it "a good deal in my book".
All you need to do in order to listen to these episodes is follow the links below, or subscribe to Patreon's RSS audio feed and get these eps alongside everything else we've made free over the years. Here's a guide on how to do that. We're also attached the files to this post.
We've also made these posts part of a new collection.
Here's what's in our bundle:
Adaptation Decay: Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves
Listen to us talk about one of the best game adaptations ever, the 2023 film that blew away our expectations.
Adaptation Decay is our show about the ways that games and game-related things are adapted into other media. It's normally available at our $10 tier, monthly.
Exquisite Suffering: BattleTanx
This throwaway PS1 action game went above and beyond and gave us a way more bonkers premise and worldbuilding than the assignment called for.
Exquisite Suffering is what we call the bonus episodes of Abject Suffering, our show that's kind of about bad/weird games. It's normally available at our $5 tier, twice monthly.
Bonfireside Chat: Elden Ring Cut Content (Part 1)
Elden Ring is FromSoft's largest game, and it stands to reason that it would have the most cut content. Listen to us give a survey course on what was left out, and probably make some very off-base assumptions about what will be in the DLC!
Bonfireside Chat is our show about FromSoft's action RPGs, covering Elden Ring, the Souls series, Bloodborne, and a whole bunch of other stuff. It's normally available at our $5 tier, weekly (when there's something to cover).
QuakStak: Fair Attractions
What's more summery than a good old fashioned fair and carnival? Gary, Kole, and Duckfeed's amazing producer Gwen gather to talk about what gets their money at the local Whatever-Fest.
QuakStak is a show where we rank things, and also give show-and-tell media recommendations. It's normally available at our $10 tier, monthly.
Real Lich Hours: Goblin Camp
The Goblin Camp is one of two possible climaxes for Act 1 of Baldur's Gate III. This episode covers this den of fucked up little guys in detail, and talks about one possible resolution for that chapter's biggest conflicts.
Real Lich Hours is our show about Baldur's Gate III. It's one half in-depth let's play, and another half Dragon Magazine homage. It's normally available at our $5 tier, monthly.
Unfilmable: Final Destination III
The 2000s brought us lots of horror movies where people died gruesomely in intricate death traps. And what villain is more inevitable than death itself? But what if death was an incredibly goofy invisible force that acted on poorly-defined rules?
Unfilmable is our show about horror movies of all kinds. It's normally available at our $5 tier, monthly.
WOFF! Premium: Half-Life: Alyx
Chances are, you're unable to play Half-Life: Alyx because of physical, spatial, or monetary constraints. We think that's why this premium episode of Watch Out for Fireballs! was so popular, since people could experience the game vicariously through us.
Every month, one episode of Watch Out for Fireballs! is available in full to our patrons at the $5 level.
We hope you enjoy these offerings. If you like what you hear, consider backing us. Doing so gets you access to every episode of the show that's available at that tier. We do our best to make our Patreon worth it for you, and we sincerely appreciate your support.
