In this episode we take a walk in the park and see some fireworks.

I really like the idea of a bunch of jerks having to figure it out together, but I'm also a big fan of what we got so I won't do the whole " coulda, shoulda, woulda" thing. Also think it says a lot about the strength of laezel's story how much hers pretty much stayed the same. One of the best ones imo

I had a similar insane fight on Tactician that involved my Dark Urge having to solo fight a Steel Watcher on the fucking roof of the factory while the rest of my party struggled to get near and not die to all the other adversaries, and then the fight just kept getting bigger and bigger, having to clear each floor in a chaotic battle as you described

My most exciting battle in honor mode was in the fireworks factory. I dimension door’d my party over to the rooftop and jumped in. A huge melee broke out and the flaming fist got involved. I didn’t have too much trouble clearing out the firework goons since I could hole up on the third floor and run people through walls of flame and spirit guardians. But for some reason the flaming fist could cast through the floors. So I had to work some people down the stairs while my bard Misty step’d from roof to roof shooting guys. A steel watch got involved and busted into the first floor, swinging his sword and setting off fireworks. When all was said and done 17 flaming fist were dead, plus the steel watch, plus all the guys in the building. I went from lvl 11 to halfway to lvl 12. Almost lost my run.

Unstoppable is kind of annoying on Orin in honor mode considering how punishing that arena’s legendary action is. But I could still alpha strike her. Just had to have my mages cast magic missles.

I'm glad someone brought up the emperor being a piece of shit all along. I got those scenes my first playthrough because fuck the emperor. All my homies hate the emperor.
Also it's worth it to just eat the astral tadpole - the emperor gets so annoyed with that decision

It’s interesting though how many people really disliked Lae’Zel when the game first came out. Because she is hostile to the player and other characters, but to me that speaks to the quality of her character development when she changes. I don’t want characters to stroke my ego, I want them to challenge me, as I challenge them. It makes for a better story, it’s why I like the Red Prince or Fane in DOS2 as well. I hope Larian doesn’t shy away from making characters that challenges the player for future games.

If you’re a Cleric you can identify Wyll’s eye as a sending stone.
