I hate wizards. One particular mechanical package that does everything with an ignorable cost, and obsoletes the mechanics of everyone else at the table is bad design. And that's putting aside the techbro stink of a class being all-powerful because the character is objectively smarter than everyone else. You both seemed pretty big on wizards during the Baldur's Gate 3 season of Real Lich Hours, so I was surprised to hear you down on Tremere during a more recent RLH episode. Sincere question, not trying to gotcha you, but what's the difference between Tremere do-it-all magic and D&D wizard do-it-all magic for you?
