Elizabeth Whisper Concept Art — Clothing

Thank you for your feedback from the last round! Lucas and I discussed much of it and are integrating parts into the next round.

Looks like the leather strips on the right model are based off the leather jackets in the Old West, yes? From what I've read, they were used both to give a place for water to 'bead off' in rain, and could be cut off in order to serve as ties, particularly when rope/twine was scarce. Now, this is logical. Creakylid is a new frontier, where anything might be needed. Weather survival and small ties. On the negative aspect, the skirt is not as logical, especially for riding horses (unless sidesaddle is involved?). In addition, the material of the right top does not seem to match, and is rather form-fitting? Unless it's shading, and I know this is concept art. The boots on the left look sensible. The shoes on the right are Mary Janes, yes? Very sturdy, but they don't protect the ankles. Sweater on left model has the horse described in the story, and is reasonably 'baggy.' The jeans, whilst practical, also might be a bit 'tight,' but I'm honestly not sure how much looser they could be without attaining elephantine qualities. Minimal decoration is good, again 'practical.' And incidentally, I didn't mention this before, but the 'ponytail'? Hah! Very appropriate. There's my two bits. (edit: typo)
