Life Sucks Storyboard Seq 1 - Stimpy wakes up

It's about the difference between Ren and Stimpy's world views. Stimpy's sees the world as good and wholesome while Ren of course sees the darker side of life.

From the outline an artist begins storyboarding and can add details and gags along the way.
Actually the more I look at this I can see that many of the storyboard panels have been replaced by rough layouts which add more acting details to the story.
The warm sunshine wakes Stimpy up in a joyous mood.
Stimpy looks over at Ren still asleep. The golden rays sparkle and illuminate Ren's precious face as Stimpy gazes upon him in admiration. Ren's pupils dart around under his thin eyelids as he experiences REM sleep.
Sorry for the messy scans but I don't have the original storyboard. Stimpy slides along the bed by his nose then disappears behind it.
He comes around the corner and tiptoes past the foot of the bed.
He slides up the side of the bed and slithers across towards Ren. He plants a wet kiss on him then slides backwards down the bed.

Thanks SO much for sharing this, John. I heard a rumor when this was in production that there was going to be an angel in this cartoon voiced by child actor Frankie Muniz from "Malcolm in the Middle". Was there any truth to that?

Thanks, John. Keep up the great momentum, and have a nice normal hour! Polyvios. P.S. I would love to see Bob Luman on Ren & Stimpy APC.
